H&L Electric completed a comprehensive upgrade of the Newark Entrance Plaza parking lot payment system, transitioning it from the Federal ADP system to Designa Systems.
The scope of work included the installation of new power and communication infrastructure, integration of Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) technology, and installation of new loop detectors. H&L also maintained full operation of the existing Federal ADP system during the swing-over to ensure no interruptions.
