H&L Electric has a long-standing history of delivering Parking & Revenue Control System (PARCS) projects for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. For more than 20 years, H&L has provided maintenance and support services for tolling and revenue systems at JFK, Newark Liberty, and LaGuardia Airports.
Throughout our partnership, we have completed two full system overhaul installations, including construction of new fiber infrastructure, development of new data centers, and installation of new lane equipment featuring E-Z Pass and license plate recognition technology.
